We provide a judgement-free and violence-free space for the community.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available to the homeless who come for a healthy, filling meal.

For those who need extra support, we have intervention workers on site every day.

  • Resilience is a wet shelter, come as you are.
  • We are hear to listen and help to the best of our ability.
  • We always encourage open communication and support of one another.

Zero tolerance for aggression and/or violence.

Resilience is a safe space for everyone.

Resilience Montreal is a space for the homeless people of Montreal, specifically the homeless people that occupy Cabot Square. We understand and respect the indigenous background that the majority of the homeless people that come to our shelter possess. We have indigenous movies, literature, as well as food and entertainment from many other cultures.
Resilience is a place that you can come to where everyone will know your name and you can always count on having a community of people to talk to and confide in.

“Alone we can do so little. Together, we can do so much.”
