  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Saturday/Sunday: Closed

    • Three meals per day

    • Showers

    • Sleeping area (40 spots)

    • First aid

    • Computer access

    • Clothing (9:30-11AM, 1-2PM)

  • Resilience offers three meals per day:

    • Breakfast (hot): 8 am-10 am

    • Lunch (hot): 11:30 am -1:30 pm

    • Supper (takeaway): 2 pm

    • Crisis Intervention

    • Harm Reduction

    • Indigenous Centered Wellness Services

    • Mental and Emotional Support Services

    • Medical Appointment, Court accompaniment

    • Detox and Rehabilitation Document assistance and transport

    • Government Documentation Assistance

    • Community Service, Volunteer and Compensatory Hours Programs for Cabot Square community members

    • Housing Program
